Shades of white and dusty grey form the backdrop to the interiors, set against newly sawn larch timber cladding, thick heavy beams and spaces punctuated with splashes of colour and natural texture.
With Smart TV, Pure radios, unlimited free Wi-Fi, freshly ground coffee and tea-making facilities, hairdryers and a small stash of sugar-induced treats for those with a sweet tooth, our rooms are designed to offer guests all they need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
All bathrooms are en-suite with rain showers, decorative patchwork tiles and a selection of handmade, natural Bramley shower and body products.
Two large bedrooms in the oldest part of the building feature beamed ceilings and freestanding cast iron baths in the bedrooms where guests can relax and enjoy views over the River Avon.
By contrast, our more contemporary loft suites have split level bedroom mezzanines and a lounge area with large picture window seat with views overlooking the river and church spire.

Cancellations and T&Cs
Advanced Purchase offers must be paid for at the time of booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable. For all other reservations we ask that they are cancelled 7 days prior to the stay to avoid a penalty charge of the full amount. Card details are required to secure the booking and your card will be charged the full amount 7 days prior to arrival. This card must be presented on check-in at the hotel.
Dinner inclusive rates are to the value of £27.50 per person and exclude drinks; any additional spend will be added to your final bill.
The Advanced Purchase rate must be pre-paid in full at the time of the booking and is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Dogs are welcome in all rooms at a charge of £10 per dog.
Extra beds can be accommodated in some of the larger rooms for children up to 12 years of age at a cost of £20. These must be requested through the hotel.
Cots are available for children up to 2 years of age free of charge. The small rooms cannot accommodate a cot.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.
Always welcome and we have a cot and some put up beds if you would like them to sleep in your room (although it may be difficult to achieve this in the small rooms).

Dogs are welcome in all of our rooms we provide a surprise Goody Pack. We charge a £10 supplement per dog to cover cleaning costs.
Arrival & Departures
Check in is from 2pm but it’s always possible the room will be available earlier, so please call us and check. Departure is from 11am although we are happy to leave it until later if there are no incoming guests for the room.
Please note that the hotel does not operate a 24 reception desk, so if you plan to arrive after 10pm please call the hotel in advance so they can arrange access.
Loss or Damage
Any loss or damage to items listed within the inventory will be charged as required. Timbrell’s Yard reserves the right to charge the full amount for reinstatement of items found to have gone missing or to have broken.
Parking in Bradford on Avon can be difficult. At Timbrell’s Yard we have our own small car park but there are just five spaces. However, we do have permits for the station car park, which is only a two-minute walk away – click below to see where the public car parks are.
